What are the precedents in hunting using dogs?

Using dogs in hunting is allowed in some states given that rules and regulations upon it are strictly followed. Annually, state agencies strictly impose “hunting with dogs” rules like how dogs should be treated on a hunt. Mostly states require each dog used for hunting to be licensed especially when it is used in large hunting, predatory or nuisance game. It may also be regulated that dogs can only be used to track game and not allowed to be used for capture itself.
